    But the article below and your comments are so right on.

    We are new in this church since we retired...Don't know for sure how they handle Christmas giving.

    For the past years in our church up north we did several things at Christmas... One that we all enjoyed was with Samaritians Purse, and the Operation Christmas Shoe Box ~~ Franklin Graham's Organization... In fact the children's faces in the watercolors in my blog banner are taken from those brochures of the children receiving the boxes.

    Thanks for always having the most interesting and inspiring post.
